We write our values down so we can be held to them.
Not posters on a wall. Standards we actually measure ourselves against.
ONE JOB PER PRODUCT
Every product we ship does one thing, and does it completely. We don't add features to make a product feel bigger. We add them when they make the core job easier.
HONEST ABOVE COMFORTABLE
If our AI produces something bad, we say so. If a feature doesn't work yet, we don't ship it. We'd rather disappoint someone with truth than impress them with a lie.
FOUNDERS ARE THE USERS
Every decision goes through one filter: does this help the founder who's building alone? Not the enterprise. Not the investor. The person with a product and no team.
SPEED IS A VALUE
Slow decisions are expensive. We move fast, ship often, and learn from real users in production. We'd rather fix something in public than perfect it in private.
NO HIDDEN CHARGES, EVER
Every product we build has transparent billing, explicit cancel flows, and advance notice before any charge. This is non-negotiable. Always.
TRUST IS BUILT IN THE DETAILS
The things users don't notice when we get them right — fast load times, clear error messages, honest onboarding — are the things they definitely notice when we get them wrong. We sweat those details.
