Paid plans for infinall.ai are billed monthly or annually as selected. You may cancel at any time with one click — no friction, no hidden steps. Refunds are available within 7 days of purchase. No hidden charges, ever.

6. Intellectual Property

All OriMind branding, website content, and proprietary technology remain the intellectual property of OriMind Pvt Ltd. You retain ownership of your product data and inputs provided to our services.

7. AI-Generated Content

Content generated by infinall.ai (copy, creatives, strategies) is provided for your use. You are responsible for reviewing and approving all AI-generated content before publication. OriMind does not guarantee the accuracy, effectiveness, or legal compliance of AI-generated outputs.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that results will meet your expectations.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, OriMind shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Hyderabad, Telangana, India.
